Server addresses#
Each part of the API has its own address. Every reference page shows the right one.| Part | Address |
|---|
| Messaging, account, campaigns, contacts, segments, templates, statistics, payments | https://api.veloconnect.me |
| Short links | https://link-shortener-api.veloconnect.me |
| Social inbox | https://social-platform-api.veloconnect.me |
Always call with https://. A plain http:// call is only redirected, and most HTTP clients do not repeat a
POST after a redirect.Requests and answers#
Send JSON with the header Content-Type: application/json, in UTF-8. A few calls take a file and use
multipart/form-data; their pages say so.
Field names are case-sensitive. Use them exactly as the reference shows, including the older names with
unusual spelling such as verfication_id and currenceCode. They stay as they are so that existing
integrations keep working.
The older SMS calls (/api/SendSMS, /api/Verify, /api/CheckBalance and their neighbours) answer with a
plain object. All other calls wrap the result in a list named data, also when there is one result:
{"data": [ {"id": 1042, "name": "October offer"} ]}
Phone numbers#
Write every number in the international E.164 format: country code, then the number, 8 to 15 digits. A leading
+ is accepted.| Written as | Result |
|---|
+37491234567 | Accepted |
37491234567 | Accepted |
091234567 (local form) | Refused |
0037491234567 (00 prefix) | Refused |
+374 91 23 45 67 (spaces), +374-91-234567, (374) 91234567 | Refused |
In a call that takes several numbers, one wrong number refuses the whole call and the message says which
position is wrong.Dates and times#
Dates are in UTC, written as ISO 8601, for example 2026-10-08T09:30:00Z. Where a call takes a time zone,
its page says how.Lists#
List calls return one page at a time. The names of the paging fields differ between the older and the newer
calls (pageNumber and pageSize in most of them), so check the page of the call you use. Answers that are
paged carry the total count.Message text and parts#
A long SMS is sent as several parts and each part is charged. Text with characters outside the basic SMS
alphabet (for example Armenian or Cyrillic letters, or emoji) is sent as Unicode and fits fewer characters per
part. Count the parts before you send with Count SMS parts.Modified at 2026-10-08 10:41:58
